The essay of "The cure of racism is cancer" is written by an African American about the race discrimination between white and black people in America. More likely, it's saying that America has cancer which is racism, and when that cure, America will change in the way. Also, he is judging that American should stop being like racism, that's one of the reason why America can't go better.
